Facilities Supervisor
Job Description
A Facility Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of buildings, equipment, and grounds of the organization they work for. They coordinate repairs, enforce safety measures, and manage a team of maintenance personnel.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring that all safety procedures are followed, and that safety equipment is available and in good condition
- Supervising the maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, and equipment, including hiring contractors for major projects
- Communicating with staff members to ensure that they are aware of any issues regarding safety or security

- Background in building services and engineering, office management, or administration is preferred.
- Must have background in cold stores and should be aware on how it operates
