Facilities Engineer (MEP)
Job Description
Design and oversee the construction of new facilities, ensuring they are functional, efficient, and safe. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all facilities and equipment. Manage and supervise facility maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors.
Responsibilities
System Maintenance:
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Ensure all MEP systems are operational and efficient.
Technical Support:
- Provide technical expertise on MEP systems. Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance and repairs.
Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure all MEP systems comply with relevant regulations and standards. Implement safety protocols for the operation and maintenance of MEP systems.
Energy Management:
- Monitor and optimize energy usage within the facilities. Implement energy-saving measures and initiatives.
Reporting:
