Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing fire and life safety plans and procedures for various facilities. You will conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and develop strategies to mitigate fire risks.

Responsibilities

System Maintenance:

  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of fire alarms, sprinkler systems, and emergency lighting. Ensure all fire and life safety equipment is operational and up to date.

Compliance and Safety:

  • Ensure all fire and life safety systems comply with relevant regulations and standards. Conduct fire drills and emergency response training.

Technical Support:

  • Provide technical expertise on fire and life safety systems. Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance and inspections.

Risk Management:

  • Identify and mitigate fire and life safety risks within the facilities. Develop and implement fire safety protocols and emergency response plans.

Reporting:

  • Prepare regular reports on the status of fire and life safety systems. Document all maintenance activities and compliance inspections.
