Facilities Engineer (Civil and Fabric)
Job Description
Identify and address maintenance needs and structural repairs. Repair and Improvement: Plan and execute repairs and improvements to civil and fabric components. Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards. Technical Support: Provide technical expertise in civil engineering and building fabric.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance and Inspection:
Conduct regular inspections of civil structures, including buildings, roads, and pavements. Identify and address maintenance needs and structural repairs.
- Repair and Improvement:
Plan and execute repairs and improvements to civil and fabric components. Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
- Technical Support:
Provide technical expertise in civil engineering and building fabric. Coordinate with contractors for specialized repair and maintenance tasks.
- Compliance:
Ensure all structures comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on the condition of civil structures and fabric components. Document all maintenance activities and improvements.
