Facilities Coordinator – Support Services (Logistics & Facilities) – Confidential Company
Responsibilities
● Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure facilities are functional, clean, and safe.
● Conduct regular inspections and coordinate maintenance services with staff and vendors.
● Schedule and maintain records for routine maintenance, repairs, and equipment servicing.
● Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize disruptions.
● Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure performance standards are met.
● Coordinate space planning activities to optimize workspace utilization.
● Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations through regular inspections.
● Coordinate emergency preparedness plans to safeguard the well-being of all occupants.
Desired Candidate Profile
● Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
● Previous experience in facilities management or a related role, preferably in a logistics or industrial setting.
● Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance practices, and health & safety regulations.
● Proficiency in Google Workspace and facility management software.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
● UAE driving license may be required for roles involving travel or site visits.
