Responsibilities
- Represent clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Provide guidance and assist clients in pricing properties and negotiating deals.
- Advise clients on market conditions, mortgages, and legal requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Stay updated with real estate market trends and regulations.
- Conduct property inspections and assessments.
- Prepare and present offers and counteroffers to clients.
- Coordinate property showings and open houses.
- Assist in the preparation of contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
- Collaborate with other professionals such as lawyers, appraisers, and inspectors.
