Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Female Secretary to support our General Manager (GM). The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with top executives such as GM, CEO, or MD in the UAE. The role requires excellent organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and strong mail drafting abilities.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the GM.
  • Manage and prioritize the GM's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and other documents. Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the GM.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a Secretary or Executive Assistant, preferably in the UAE.
  • Prior experience working with senior management (GM/CEO/MD).
  • Languages English, Hindi, and Arabic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong mail drafting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Arabic.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Female candidates are preferred.
