Responsibilities
- Ensures accurate timekeeping & leave administration for outsource employees.
- Sending emails to employees on given deadline and ensure all timesheets are received within the given deadline.
- Manages employee absences, leave requests, and update in ERP system on timely basis.
- Responds to employee/client queries & resolves issues related to leave & attendance request.
- Assists with requested reports & stays updated on relevant regulations & software.
