Responsibilities
- Ensure all food preparation meets the highest quality standards.
- Develop and implement diverse and creative menus.
- Maintain efficient kitchen operations and ensure consistency in food presentation.
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and proper storage of kitchen supplies.
- Implement and uphold sanitation standards and food safety protocols.
- Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team on special events and menu changes.
- Monitor food and labor costs to ensure budget compliance.
- Innovate and optimize kitchen processes to improve productivity and reduce waste.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of culinary experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume and fine-dining operations.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
- Culinary degree from an accredited institution.
- Knowledge of various cuisines and current culinary trends.
