EXECUTIVE CHEF – Artisan District Food Factory
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all kitchen operations to maintain the highest standards of quality and service.
- Develop and execute enticing menu concepts tailored to our kitchen and catering operations.
- Ensure that all food safety guidelines are followed
- Order and maintain inventory of food and kitchen supplies
- Work with management to create budgets and control costs
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that food service operations are running smoothly
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into menu offerings
Desired Candidate Profile
- Can join immediately
- Locally Available in Qatar with valid QID NOC
- At least 5 years experience as Executive Chef with Food Safety/ Hygiene/ HACCP certification
- BS degree in Culinary science or a related certificate would be a plus
- Excellent record of kitchen and staff management
- Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions
- Familiar with the industry’s best practices
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
