EXECUTIVE CHEF – Artisan District Food Factory

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all kitchen operations to maintain the highest standards of quality and service.
  • Develop and execute enticing menu concepts tailored to our kitchen and catering operations.
  • Ensure that all food safety guidelines are followed
  • Order and maintain inventory of food and kitchen supplies
  • Work with management to create budgets and control costs
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that food service operations are running smoothly
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into menu offerings
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Can join immediately
  • Locally Available in Qatar with valid QID NOC
  • At least 5 years experience as Executive Chef with Food Safety/ Hygiene/ HACCP certification
  • BS degree in Culinary science or a related certificate would be a plus
  • Excellent record of kitchen and staff management
  • Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions
  • Familiar with the industry’s best practices
  • Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
