- Coordinate executive schedules and appointments, ensuring efficient use of time across multiple time zones.
- Manage travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodations, and itineraries for regional and international trips.
- Act as a liaison between executives and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.
- Prepare and review internal and external communications, ensuring alignment with company goals and tone.
- Organize and oversee meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-up actions.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support office management by overseeing administrative tasks, procurement, and vendor relations.
- Assist in project coordination, tracking milestones and ensuring timely delivery of key initiatives.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in executive support or a similar administrative role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Arabic.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
- Proactive and adaptable, with a keen eye for detail and a solution-oriented approach to challenges.
