We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team in the Oil and Gas industry in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in facilitating communication and ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office while contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities: - Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements. - Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required. - Maintain and organize files, records, and databases to ensure easy access to information. - Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times. - Assist in the preparation and coordination of meetings, including agenda creation, note-taking, and follow-up on action items. - Monitor departmental budgets and expenses, assisting in financial reporting and analysis as needed. - Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making and strategic initiatives. - Manage special projects and initiatives as directed by executives, ensuring timely completion and reporting. - Foster a positive working relationship with team members and promote a collaborative work environment. - Stay informed of industry trends and advancements to provide relevant insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. - Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software. - Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - A proactive approach to work with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail. - Culturally aware and sensitive, with the ability to work in a diverse environment. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
