Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies tailored specifically for Dubai's unique event landscape.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners to foster collaboration.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the local event industry.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that align with client expectations and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events and client satisfaction.
- Analyze sales metrics and KPIs to refine strategies and drive performance improvements.
- Oversee event logistics ensuring all elements align with client visions and contractual obligations.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to promote brand presence and generate leads.
- Stay updated on local regulations and industry standards to ensure compliance in all event operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field for foundational knowledge.
- 5+ years of experience in event sales or management, ideally within the UAE market for localized expertise.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in competitive environments.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage for local client engagements.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills demonstrated through past successful deals to ensure profitability.
