Smile Link Dental Laboratory is looking for an Events Coordinator to join our growing dental laboratory. The Events Coordinator will be responsible for managing events and digital and social media marketing campaigns that promote our services and products.
Responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in hospitality management, public relations, or marketing.
- Experience in event planning or event coordination in a corporate environment.
- At least 2 years of experience in the same field.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Detail-orientated and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines and to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent budgeting and financial management skills
- Excellent organisational, communication in both written and verbal English and Arabic, negotiating, and multitasking skills
- Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Acrobat, and Excel
Responsibility
- Develop a complete understanding of the requirements for every event.
- Managing the company events and social media platform.
- Arrange the booking of the venues, travel visas and tickets, schedule guests, draft and finalise contracts, and lock down day-of logistics.
- Managing events and addressing potential problems that may arise
- Handle day-to-day administration of events and programs, including order placements, vendor monitoring, travel planning, restaurant reservations, attendee participation, registration counts, RSVP tracking, and issue resolution.
