Estimator- Interior Fitouts

Position: Estimator Salary: (Negotiable, Based on Experience) Location: Karama, Dubai Key Requirements: - Minimum 2 years experience as an estimator in the fit-out and joinery industry - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams - Should be aware of the Materials current price in the Market - Checking & approval of Payment Certificates. - Quantity take-off according to the scope of work & Preparing quotation letter - Sending enquiries to subcontractors, Follow-up for quotations from subcontractors & negotiations. - Revising quotations whenever necessary. - Sending RFI (Request for information/documents) to clients and then follow-up. • Preparation of the Variations for on-going projects & convincing the clients for the same. • Responding to the clarifications emails & phone calls related to the projects.
