Job Description
We are looking for an ERP specialist with a strong background in the retail sector, adept in Odoo ERP, Python programming, and proficient in integrating Power BI dashboards. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of financial, inventory, supply chain, e-commerce, and HR modules within ERP systems. The ERP Specialist will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and optimizing ERP solutions tailored to our retail operations, as well as integrating Power BI for advanced data visualization and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications for ERP implementation.
- Configure, customize, and optimize Odoo ERP modules, including financial, inventory, supply chain, e-commerce, and HR, to align with retail industry standards and best practices.
- Develop custom functionalities and integrations using the Python language to enhance ERP capabilities and meet specific business requirements.
- Design, develop, and integrate Power BI dashboards for real-time data visualization, reporting, and analysis, providing insights into various aspects of retail operations.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure the stability, performance, and accuracy of the ERP system and integrated Power BI dashboards.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize utilization and proficiency in using the ERP system and Power BI dashboards.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, developments, and advancements in ERP technology, Python programming, Power BI, and retail industry practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and HR, to ensure seamless integration of ERP and Power BI with other systems and processes.
- Liaise with external vendors or consultants as needed for specialized expertise or assistance in ERP customization, integration, or optimization projects.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate ERP performance metrics, data quality, and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
