Our maintenance and engineering service also offer a very extensive catalogue of services Including Line and Base Maintenance, AOG Recovery, Aircraft technical acceptance, Modifications, painting and new installations on board, Components Maintenance Stations and full logistic and spare Support. The Gulf Helicopters Training Academy (GHTA) offers QCAA and EASA approved type rating for AW139 and AW189 pilots and engineers alike. With our range of AW139 and AW189 Full Flight Simulators (FFS) we offer cost efficient quality training solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities
- • To administer the Roster of the maintenance crew for the Engineering Department under the direction of the Engineering Management in the most efficient manner.
- Answer telephones, forward calls and take messages.
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain the record of Crew leave dates, duty dates and travelling.
- Maintain and order stationery supplies for the Engineering Department.
- Disseminate notices and instructions.
- File documents in accordance with the established filing system.
- Ensure time sheets are processed for Engineers as per their tour cycle.
- Monitor leave applications in accordance with leave schedules and check leave is taken in line with leave applications.
- Complete leave applications, travel requirements and payments for outstation engineering staff
- Initiate travel requests for engineering staff on duty and new staff arrivals.
- Prepare overtime for eligible engineering staff as per the time attendance sheet and Company policy.
- Disseminate Engineering Instructions, Reports, alerts, notices, brochures.
- Assist with Petty Cash Re-imbursement.
- Arrange for Crew Training as required for the initial and renewal of Authorizations.
- Assist with engineering staff/other department queries.
- Co-ordinate induction of new staff to the Department
