Engineer – MR (Facade)

Coordinate and timely process of material reservations based on project requirements. Material Reservation:

• Prepare and process material requisitions based on project requirements after IFC review ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Verify and validate requisition details after completion of fabrication drawings, ensuring alignment with project budgets and timelines.
• Ensure that the product materials are utilized effectively, and wastage can be reduced
• Update the Material Reservation in RBS Software and prepare Production Indent and release Fabrication Design to production.
• Coordinate with the project management team for demand forecasting and manage discrepancies with the IFC Team.

Inventory Control:

• Track inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of materials, avoiding shortages or excess.

Stakeholder Coordination:

• Provide timely updates to the Procurement for purchasing of the materials
• Inform stores of new powder coating requirements.
• Coordination with the project management team, IFC review, fabrication design, estimation, and production team to address discrepancies & clarifications.

Team Support & Continuous Improvement:

• Participate in Daily Standup Meetings (DSM) to review progress, address issues, and align on daily goals.
• Actively contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
• Engage in continuous improvement projects to enhance design processes and outcomes.

Reports:

• Maintain detailed records of IFC & Fabrication designs, approvals, and revisions.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of material requisitions, purchase orders, and inventory records.
• Provide regular updates on the status of material requisition, including risk analysis.
