Responsibilities
- • Lead the Employee Relations team to address and resolve employee concerns and issues.
- Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
- Provide guidance and support to management on employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Monitor and analyze employee relations data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
