Responsibilities
  •  Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters. 
  • Address and resolve employee grievances, complaints, and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints, ensuring fairness and confidentiality. 
  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee relations policies and procedures. 
  • Ensure that policies are communicated effectively and consistently applied across the organization.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through various engagement initiatives.
  • Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee relations cases.
  • Analyze employee relations data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 
  • Prepare reports for senior management on employee relations metrics and issues.
