Responsibilities

Supervision and Team Management:

    Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

  • Regularly inspect electrical systems, machinery, and equipment to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Troubleshooting:

  • Diagnose electrical problems and malfunctions and implement effective solutions.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.

Documentation and Record-Keeping:

  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.

Compliance and Regulations:

  • Ensure that all electrical maintenance activities comply with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and safety guidelines.

Budget Management:

  • Assist in budget development for electrical maintenance activities.
  • Manage costs, control expenses, and optimize maintenance processes.

Inventory Management:

  • Maintain an inventory of electrical spare parts and necessary supplies.
  • Ensure that the inventory is well-stocked and organized.

Training and Development:

  • Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
