Documentation and Record-Keeping:
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections.
- Prepare reports and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.
Compliance and Regulations:
- Ensure that all electrical maintenance activities comply with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and safety guidelines.
Budget Management:
- Assist in budget development for electrical maintenance activities.
- Manage costs, control expenses, and optimize maintenance processes.
Inventory Management:
- Maintain an inventory of electrical spare parts and necessary supplies.
- Ensure that the inventory is well-stocked and organized.
Training and Development:
- Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
