Job Description
The duties of a Sales Engineer include supporting solution selling, planning and executing strategic deals, managing technical aspects of responses, communicating client needs to R&D teams, and collecting competitive intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Design, monitor and implement electrical systems and products
- Develop manufacturing processes in accordance with global engineering rules and standards
- Manage engineering projects and deliver them on time
- Identify customer needs and requirements
- Ensure that installations and applications are consistent with customer needs and safety standards
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to design and implement new system processes
- Conduct quality and performance analysis on new and old IT systems
- Summarize data and report test results
- Examine new equipment needs, calculate costs, and assist in preparing budgets
- Monitor Production and inspection plans
- Follow up with client regarding invoices until all amounts due are paid on time.
- Document account activities, generate reports, and keep records of business transactions with customers and suppliers.
