Job Description

The duties of a Sales Engineer include supporting solution selling, planning and executing strategic deals, managing technical aspects of responses, communicating client needs to R&D teams, and collecting competitive intelligence. 

Responsibilities
  • Design, monitor and implement electrical systems and products 
  • Develop manufacturing processes in accordance with global engineering rules and standards
  • Manage engineering projects and deliver them on time 
  • Identify customer needs and requirements
  • Ensure that installations and applications are consistent with customer needs and safety standards
  • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to design and implement new system processes 
  • Conduct quality and performance analysis on new and old IT systems
  • Summarize data and report test results
  • Examine new equipment needs, calculate costs, and assist in preparing budgets
  • Monitor Production and inspection plans
  • Follow up with client regarding invoices until all amounts due are paid on time.
  • Document account activities, generate reports, and keep records of business transactions with customers and suppliers.
