Job Description
To ensure all blow moulding machines (Extrusion, Injection and Stretch blow moulding), associated production machinery uptime is maximized in line with Company maintenance procedures and in compliance with both production and health & safety requirements. Additionally, you will be expected to provide planned and repair maintenance to all plant and works services, within the scope of your training.

Tasks & responsibilities:
- Ensure that all equipment, machinery and peripherals operate efficiently and at full capability, ensuring a continuous production process.
- Carry out repairs on machines as part of breakdown or preventative maintenance.
- Ensure that all relevant paperwork and maintenance logs are completed correctly and accurately in accordance with company procedure.
- Ensure that all duties are carried out in accordance with quality, hygiene and food safety policies.
- To perform any other duties in connection with the job that may from time to time be reasonably required by supervision and which are consistent with the “Purpose of job/mission”.
Experience Required:
- Manufacturing experience is essential (Plastics, Packaging, FMCG, Food, Beverage, Pharma etc)
- Electrical Bias (with Multi Skill experience)
- Experience in PLC, Power connections and machine installations
- Similar experience in operations and productions
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experienced in conducting Preventive, Predictive and Breakdown maintenance of Injection(Robot IML) & Blow moulding Machines(EBM & SBM),Line utilities etc.
- Planning and scheduling of the preventive maintenance on Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
- Responsibility to maintain all the required spare parts of machine and utility, which needed certainly or predictively? Working with hydraulic and mechanical assembling and dissembling of machine and auxiliaries.
- Coordination with the clients, vendors, service engineers, technicians and labors.
- Maintenance of Injection molding machine, Blow molding machine, ASB, EBM, IMM, High pressure compressor, Low pressure compressor, Air dryer, Robot, Cooling tower, Chillers.
- Responsibility to maintain all the required spare parts of machine, which needed certainly.
- Maintain checklist of electrical machineries and keeping maintenance records. Maintenance of hydraulic Accumulators, Pressure Relief Valve, Pressure Valve, Pumps, Blower, Air Compressor, Chiller, Cooling Tower, Air dryer. Maintain all equipment checklist as per PM plan.
- Utility Equipment, Annual test certification of equipment and Critical Spare Part Handling.
- Implementation of Kaizen and 5S in the Machine as well as in Plant Shop Floor. Preventive Maintenance of EBM, IM, ISBM and ROBOT IML labelling, Hydraulic valve and Hydraulic cylinder maintenance. Motor, pump, cooling tower maintenance.
