Job Description

To achieve monthly sales targets by building profitable sales to new and existing customers through E-commerce. Manage the E-commerce Website and applications, Contacting customers, explain product features, answer any questions, Solve problems, and negotiate prices.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and review product presentation on site to ensure correct categorization, images, pricing and promotional offers are accurate and meet internal requirements.
  • Respond to customer web inquiries.
  • Assist customers via chat or/and email regarding placing orders, order confirmation, product/promotion questions, delivery status, returns, etc. with the goal of increasing business, customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist customers with product selection, answers questions, and suggests various product options that are available.
  • Ensure prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing additional information or escalating/engaging others in the company to provide a solution according to defined procedures.
  • Work directly with customers to resolve order-related issues
  • Assist with Logistics to ensure smooth order process and delivery.
  • Process product orders and answer questions regarding availability and pricing.
  • Assist customers with technical support of their product.
  • Provide recommendations on product purchases (Cross sell, up sell, and alternative).
  • Work with team to achieve department goals.
  • Suggest promotions, offers, and discount for enhancing the sales.
  • Work closely with marketing for promoting the Ecommerce website/application to develop the business.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Head of dept.

Skills

  • Bilingual
  • High school/ Diploma/ Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
  • Similar courses in the relevant field will also be considered.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in related field.
  • Familiarity with different sales/marketing techniques.
  • Digital and E-commerce experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to anticipate problems and create solutions for them
  • Able to begin tasks with limited supervision
  • Understand and process new information quickly
  • Understand the value of creating customer loyalty
  • Effective Customer service skill
  • Maintain stable performance and poise in high stress situations
