Job Description

  • Order follow-ups and scheduling, Liaison with the Receivables team for collections and account updates for the e-comm stores
  • Coordinating with AIMD logistics for delivery schedule and dispatches. Coordinate with divisions for any de-listings at the e-comm stores Coordinate with divisions for stock/inventory levels at the e-comm stores. Coordination in AIH social media team & IT department AIH for social media, website upgradation, sharing content, artwork & post stories, brand highlights, videos, and other product-related content on Instagram & Facebook.
  • Content to be in line with the principal and approved by the division.
  • Coordinate with the Digital media team for website upgradation of our official social media AIMD accounts & sharing content, artwork, videos & market activations pictures for all key brands Any new Account to be created by the AIH social media team & IT department.
  • Coordinate and get approval with the AIH social media team before doing Sponsored ads on social media platforms
