Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Draftsman to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed and accurate technical drawings and plans for various construction projects. Your expertise in drafting and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring the successful execution of construction plans and compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural and engineering drawings based on project specifications and design concepts.
- Utilize drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) to produce precise and clear construction drawings.
- Review and revise drawings as needed to incorporate changes and address design issues.
- Ensure drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of experience as a Draftsman in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
