Responsibilities
- Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks, following up on progress and escalating any obstacles that arise.
- Expediting Deliveries: Act as an expeditor to monitor and ensure the timely delivery of goods or services, including follow-ups related to expansion projects.
- Document Accountability: Take full accountability for managing documents, such as invoices and delivery notes, from start to finish.
- ERP Proficiency and Training: Proactively learn the ERP system and willing to train in processing orders efficiently.
