Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and organizing all documentation to ensure that information is accurate, accessible, and up-to-date. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities
  • Set up, copy, scan and store documents
  • Create templates
  • Manage requests for documentation
  • File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage
  • Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date
  • To liaise with and distribute project related information with all levels of the project team and potentially external parties
  • Manage the processes around documentation within the organisation
  • Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation

  • Associate degree & Diploma in business administration or similar field
  • Experience working with many types of files
  • Ability to organize and preserve paper documents
  • Thorough knowledge of various kinds of office software
  • Attention to detail
  • Effective communication coworkers across departments
  • Ability to multitask
  • Valid Qatar driving license
