Responsibilities
  • Arranging of All Documents as per ISO procedures. Keep all documents safe with proper arrangement Preparation of outgoing letters Incoming letters and maintaining records for same.
  • Review, upload, and arrange all technical documents internally to all related project File documents physical and digital records.
  • Create templates for future use.
  • Maintain and record Daily records like manpower machinery, DPR, and all other formats.
  • Reporting to the concerned manager. Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
  • Maintain and record all Documents as per client Requirements.
  • Maintain a record of Staff and working crew forward necessary documents to the Division and follow up with concerns.
  • Maintain register for drawing and other if any.
