Document Controller (Accounts & Finance) – ORO24 DEVELOPMENTS LLC
Responsibilities
Document Controller JDs
- To document & organized and filled company documents in relevant files
- Ensure that all documents are up to date and fille don time.
- Conduct company audits to ensure documents are being followed.
- Access the documents on time for any request from bank or auditor.
- Develop procedures so that they are standardized.
- Communicate and collaborate internally & externally.
- Follow company procedures.
- Deal with banks via driver to ensure baking done.
- Daily maintaining of tracker sheet and follow up with management and other department to make sure the signing of document on time.
- Reporting on the progress of document
Qualifications for Document Controller
- At least a High School diploma or bachelor’s degree
- Prior experience as a Document Controller
- Experience with databases and MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to analyse data and come to conclusions.
- Great time management skills Very detail oriented
- Ability to follow procedures exactly without reminder and guidance.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently.
- Incredible organizational skills
- Experience with databases and MS Office, especially MS Excel
Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
