Diesel Generator Technician
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Diesel Generator Technician to assemble generator canopies and engine alternators. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with generator assembly, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
Responsibilities
- Assemble generator canopies and engine alternators according to technical specifications and safety standards.
- Perform mechanical and electrical assembly tasks, including fitting, aligning, and securing components.
- Conduct thorough inspections to ensure all components are correctly installed and functioning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the assembly process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members and report any discrepancies or improvements to the supervisor.
- Proven experience as a Diesel Generator Technician or similar role.
- Strong mechanical and electrical assembly skills.
- Familiarity with generator canopies and engine alternators.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Relevant technical certifications or qualifications are a plus.
