We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to be a part of our planning and design team in achieving innovative and high-quality project outcomes. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in project development, ensuring design excellence, collaboration, and adherence to project objectives. Responsibilities
- Leadership and Team Management : Working within a team comprising design professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Provide mentorship to nurture the skills and professional development of team members.
- Project Initiation: Collaborate with key stakeholders and leadership to understand project requirements and objectives. Develop comprehensive project briefs, considering planning and design parameters, constraints, and NEOM expectations.
- Consultant Collaboration: Provide guidance to appointed consultants ensuring alignment with project goals. Foster effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and external consultants.
- Communication and Coordination: Participate in progress and review meetings, providing insights and recommendations to enhance project outcomes. Liaise with appointed consultants and key stakeholders, addressing issues and coordinating resolutions in a timely manner.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to uphold design excellence and project objectives.
