Wiltz Group, a leading Trading Company in Qatar is looking to expand our team, preferably a candidate with related experience or knowledge of construction tools, construction equipment, consumables and building material to join our team.
Responsibilities
CUSTOMER SERVICE/SALES COORDINATOR
ROLES:
- Preparing quotations for customers using SAP based system.
- Arranging orders and deliveries.
- Coordinating with the Sales staff to fulfill customer’s requirements.
- Coordinating with other departments whenever necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferred with experience as a Customer Service/ Sales Coordinator for construction industry.
- Experience working in an Inventory Based SAP system.
- Good Communication Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office (esp. in Excel) and other office applications.
- MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO SAUDI ARABIA after probation period.
