Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Provide detailed information about our tours, packages, and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, escalating to management when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
