Customer Service Representative (LOGISTICS)

• Customs and logistics related experience.
• Follow the Line Manager instructions and execute job tasks.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
• ·Develop and maintain a filing system.
• Any and all responsibilities to be accepted and to be executed within the timeline. Additional jobs as and when can be assigned by the Dept-head.
• Follow up the shipments status, maintain shipments records
• Execute air/sea/land shipments and Manage Billing
