Job Description

  • Generate daily Sales and stock reports and distribute them to all sales teams and managers.
  • Process daily sales orders and returns in a timely manner while maintaining complete records of all transactions.
  • Assist in Sales Promotion and Tracking initiatives.
  • Process expense Purchase Orders (PO) based on sales requests.
  • Handle Sample and Co-packing requests efficiently.
  • Ensure proper coordination with all internal departments, including accounts and warehouse, to ensure seamless workflow (e.g., order picking, account creation).
  • Enter returns uplift forms and coordinate with the logistics team, following up on deliveries as needed

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or sales coordinator role in FMCG.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Technical skills include intermediate-level analysis skills and proficiency in MS Office.
  • English is mandatory
