Job Description
- Generate daily Sales and stock reports and distribute them to all sales teams and managers.
- Process daily sales orders and returns in a timely manner while maintaining complete records of all transactions.
- Assist in Sales Promotion and Tracking initiatives.
- Process expense Purchase Orders (PO) based on sales requests.
- Handle Sample and Co-packing requests efficiently.
- Ensure proper coordination with all internal departments, including accounts and warehouse, to ensure seamless workflow (e.g., order picking, account creation).
- Enter returns uplift forms and coordinate with the logistics team, following up on deliveries as needed
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales coordinator role in FMCG.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Technical skills include intermediate-level analysis skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- English is mandatory
