Job Description

The role of a Customer Service Officer is primarily focused on providing high quality customer assistance. The officer will respond to various inquiries through sourcing, scheduling, deploying and debriefing.

  • You will also assist Area Managers with the daily operations of the division and bring about new initiatives while acting as an ambassador for the department and the company; role modelling excellent customer care at all times.
