Job Description
The role of a Customer Service Officer is primarily focused on providing high quality customer assistance. The officer will respond to various inquiries through sourcing, scheduling, deploying and debriefing.
- You will also assist Area Managers with the daily operations of the division and bring about new initiatives while acting as an ambassador for the department and the company; role modelling excellent customer care at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements: You will have/be: - Excellent customer care skills with a passion for delighting customers. - Good communication skills in English are a must (Arabic is a plus). - Innovative, with the ability to produce new ideas which drive success. - Excellent data mining abilities and attention to detail. - Computer skills with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
