– Develop and implement a comprehensive customer experience strategy aligned with company goals, focusing on key improvement areas.
– Lead, mentor, and develop a customer experience team while fostering a customer-centric culture.
– Design and implement systems to gather and analyse customer feedback, using insights for strategic decisions.
– Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product development teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
– Establish quality assurance standards and regularly assess and audit the customer experience across all locations.

Qualifications: - Open to European nationals - 40 years old and below - At least 10 years of experience; 3-4 years of which in a Director Level in the F&B industry (restaurant sector) - GCC experience in the same industry is an advantage - Exceptional communications skills and strong track record of leadership and team management
