Responsibilities:

  1. Assist clients in the showroom by providing product information, answering questions, and offering recommendations.
  2. Guide clients in selecting appropriate products based on their needs and preferences.
  3. Process orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
  4. Resolve client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and inventory.
  6. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  7. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.
  8. Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and gather feedback.
  9. Assist in showroom merchandising and product displays.
  10. Work closely with the showroom team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Experience in customer service, preferably in a showroom or retail environment.
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  3. Knowledge of the products and services offered in the showroom.
  4. Ability to understand client needs and offer appropriate product recommendations.
  5. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple client inquiries simultaneously.
  6. Proficiency in using sales and customer service software and tools.
  7. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  8. Flexibility to work in a showroom environment and assist clients in person.
  9. Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
