Customer Service (Chinese speaker) – Lestars Management Consultancy LLC
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to Chinese-speaking customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with customers in Chinese, both written and verbal, to assist with inquiries, orders, and concerns.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records, including updating customer profiles and documenting interactions.
- Identify and escalate potential product or service issues to management for resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist with translating documents and materials from English to Chinese, and vice versa.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service operations and processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Fluent in both Chinese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a Chinese-speaking market.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
