Job Description

Update the customers of the progress in the execution of orders placed, submit invoices for completed services/deliveries and collect due payments.

Responsibilities
  • Work with Sales Engineer, Project Engineer, project teams and the respective invoicing staff to ensure that invoices are prepared on time for all executed works.
  • Ensure that the prices as per the contract, purchase order and/or supplementary order, if any, are followed while raising the invoices.
  • Perform physical delivery and collection of documents between the company and customer organizations.
  • Monitor invoice wise due date for payment, communicate and follow up with customers for collection of payment.
  • Obtain, on a weekly basis, customer wise receivables ageing statement from Accounts and assist Sales Engineer in further following up with customers and ensuring collection of receivables.
  • Manage customer communications.
  • Answering customer queries.
  • Addressing and escalating customer complaints to Sales Engineer and Operations Manager.
  • Build excellent customer relationships Gain solid knowledge of competitors and share with the Company.
  • Identifying customer demands and requirements and communicate with teams engaged business development or sales activities.
  • Conduct frequent client visits.
  • Assist in customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Assist in conducting exhibitions and arranging meeting with customers.
