Job Description
Minimum 10 years of overall experience, with specific exposure to the Saudi Arabian market.
Responsibilities
- Extensive experience in credit control management, preferably within a similar industry.
- Proven track record of managing a credit control department, including overseeing a team.
- Familiarity with managing customer databases
- Strong understanding of credit risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Located currently in KSA with deep understanding of local regulations and practices.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the credit control function to ensure timely collection of receivables and reduction of bad debts.
- Developing and implementing credit policies and procedures to minimize risk and improve cash flow.
- Managing the credit assessment process for new and existing customers.
- Monitoring customer credit limits and terms, and making recommendations for adjustments when necessary.
- Leading and mentoring a team of credit control professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Liaising with sales, finance, and legal departments to resolve credit-related issues.
- Generating reports and analysis related to credit control activities for management review.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
