Job Description

Minimum 10 years of overall experience, with specific exposure to the Saudi Arabian market.

Responsibilities
  • Extensive experience in credit control management, preferably within a similar industry. 
  • Proven track record of managing a credit control department, including overseeing a team.
  • Familiarity with managing customer databases
  • Strong understanding of credit risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. 
  • Located currently in KSA with deep understanding of local regulations and practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the credit control function to ensure timely collection of receivables and reduction of bad debts. 
  • Developing and implementing credit policies and procedures to minimize risk and improve cash flow. 
  • Managing the credit assessment process for new and existing customers. 
  • Monitoring customer credit limits and terms, and making recommendations for adjustments when necessary.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of credit control professionals, providing guidance and support. 
  • Liaising with sales, finance, and legal departments to resolve credit-related issues.
  • Generating reports and analysis related to credit control activities for management review. 
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
