Responsibilities
- Assist customers with currency exchange transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Provide information on current exchange rates and financial products.
- Maintain a clean and organized counter area to enhance customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Handle cash and electronic transactions securely, minimizing errors.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Monitor and report any suspicious activities to the management.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on financial products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve service delivery.
- Assist in inventory management of currency and related materials.

Skills
- Graduate in commerce
- Required 2 years of experience in remittance business
- Fluent in English/ Arabic
- Good friendly contacts with the community in Kuwait
- Convincing power needed to impress clients with entire satisfaction to route remittance through the Exchange house
- calculation of exchange rates to offer keeping in view the best interest of the exchange house
- Computer skills are required for the preparation of client remittance applications in a fast and very efficient manner
- Should be able to generate at least 300 customer remittance applications in an excellent method per day
- Punctuality must be a great virtue with a clean, clear personality
- His/her attention is required to increase the number of clients to enhance the volume of the remittance business
- Adherence to rule regulations stipulated by the exchange house and regulator must be complying
- Co-operation required with other colleagues of the branch in a very decent attitude
