Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to drive sales strategies and manage client relationships in Riyadh.
Responsibilities
he primary objective is to drive sales growth, enhance customer relationships, and expand the company's market presence. Key responsibilities include generating new business opportunities, negotiating and closing deals, managing a sales team, and setting targets and achieving sales goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve company sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations
- Negotiate and close sales deals with clients
- Continuously improve sales processes and strategies to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong background in sales and marketing.
- Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in corporate sales, preferably in the same industry
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a sales management role
- Strong understanding of the Riyadh business environment and corporate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Fluency in English & Arabic
- Must hold a Saudi driving license
