RAK is currently experiencing an exciting boom in real estate sector as well as tourism. You have an opportunity to join into exciting position of Conveyancing Consultant where you can make your mark and network with interesting businesses and people. RAK offers more than just a beach front living. The Emirate is home to historical sites, amazing nature and provides many leisure and adventure offerings. This is an exciting and demanding role where you will need to be able to communicate clearly with different audiences, be organised and be able to build rapport with external stakeholders. The tasks below are some of the main tasks you will be doing. The list below is non exhaustive and reactive work is common.

Responsibilities
  • Collect documents ensuring all documents comply with developer and Government’s regulations, file accordingly
  • Draft documents such as MOUs and addendums
  • Adhere to banks, developers and local government’s procedures
  • Liaise with involved parties – these may include clients, Hunt and Harris, POAs, mortgage advisors, developers, banks and other financial institutions, and RAK Municipality
  • Solve problems quickly while still adhering to rules and regulations
  • Maintain regular and clear communication between all parties
  • Advise clients on the processes in general and coordinate the process from signing of Sales agreement to the transfer
  • Provide financial breakdown including all associated costs to clients and their representatives
  • Coordinate and attend property transfers
Desired Candidate Profile

Essential criteria:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • IT skills – mainly Office 365, CRM
  • Extensive experience in Real Estate within UAE, preferably RAK
  • Experience with securing NOCs from developers and property transfers
  • Experience in busy environment handling more clients at once
  • Excellent administrative skills and highly detail oriented
  • English Fluency
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and third parties.
  • UAE driver's license, own car and residency

Highly desirable criteria:

  • Local law knowledge
  • Reporting experience
  • Team management
  • Knowledge of other languages is bonus
