- Locally available with NOC
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Relevant experience of at least 3 years in the same role.
- Proficient in computer skills (MS Office) and in preparing presentations.
- Should be proficient in contract drafting, negotiation, administration. Knowledge of legal and contractual terms and conditions, with the ability to assess and manage risks.
- Should process strong analytical skills to evaluate tender documents, proposals, and bids with the ability to conduct cost analysis, risk assessment, prequalification documents and technical evaluations to make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with local laws, regulations, and procurement practices in Qatar
- Ability to evaluate and select vendors based on their capabilities, reputation, and compliance with requirement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders, vendors and legal teams and bale to clearly convey complex information and negotiate terms.
- Good attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of contracts and tender documents.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple contracts and tenders concurrently, meet deadlines and maintain accurate records.
- Strong analytical and financial skills to assess costs, pricing, and feasibility of tenders and contracts.
