Responsibilities
- • Contract Claims and practical use of the various Forms of Contract Conditions such as FIDIC or other related/bespoke documents.
- Knowledge of Contract and Tender requirements, guidelines and procedures. Knowledge of latest Qatar
- Specifications (QCS).
- Knowledge of Company's products, processes and services. Knowledge of corporate policies and procedures.
- Expert knowledge of contracting concepts, uniform commercial codes and applicable local law and regulations.
- ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
