Construction Project Manager
Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- The candidate must have experience in building factories and know how to manage the entire project.
- Plan, organize, and direct construction projects in accordance with the requirements and specifications.
- Manage and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and ensure that all work is being carried out according to the schedule and budget.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the project meets all technical and safety standards.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and specifications.
- Preferred Candidate: Minimum 8 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- The candidate must be proficient in Arabic and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices
- The candidate must have a bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering or a field related to construction.
