Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Manager to join our leading construction company in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in the UAE, with a strong background in building construction, particularly in managing group villa projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all construction activities on the site, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Provide leadership and direction to the construction team.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the UAE, with a focus on building construction and group villa projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and construction-related tools.
