Compliance Manager

• Responsible for managing, developing & overseeing that the company's operations and business activities comply with internal policies, external regulations, and industry standards. • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance programs and policies to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. • Regularly review and update compliance policies and standard procedures to reflect changes in laws and regulations. • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to address them. • Stay updated on changes in regulations and industry standards relevant to the group operations. • Ensure timely and accurate submission of regulatory reports and documentation requests. • Develop and deliver compliance training programs to employees at all levels of the organization. • Ensure that all employees understand and adhere to compliance policies and procedures within the group. • Coordinate and conduct internal audits to assess compliance with policies and regulations within the group including abroad. • Investigate compliance issues, allegations, and incidents, and take appropriate corrective and preventive actions. • Prepare and present regular reports on compliance activities, issues, and risks to senior management and the board of directors. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance documentation and records. • Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies, auditors, and external consultants regarding compliance matters. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance issues are addressed and resolved effectively. • Assist in the development of policies and procedures to promote ethical practices and compliance within the organization. • Ensure that policies are communicated effectively and implemented consistently across the organization. • Perform any other duties directed by the CEO.
